Thank you for supporting the Hawaii Bowl Foundation. This Refund Policy explains our policy
regarding refunds for donations or purchases made through hawaiibowlfoundation.org. By
making a donation or purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


Donations: All donations made to Hawaii Bowl Foundation are non-refundable. We appreciate
your generosity in supporting our mission, and your donation will be used to further our
charitable activities and initiatives.


Purchases: If you have made a purchase through our website, including event tickets,
merchandise, or other products, the following terms apply:

 

Requests for refunds must be submitted within 15 days from the date of purchase. After
this period, refunds will not be processed.

 

To request a refund, please contact us at info@hawaiibowlfoundation.org with your
order details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and notify
you of the outcome.

Once your refund request is approved, please allow 15 days for the refund to be
processed. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the
original purchase.


Certain items, such as downloadable digital products or event registrations, may be non-
refundable. This will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.


Event Cancellations: In the event that Hawaii Bowl Foundation cancels an event for which you
have purchased tickets, you will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price. We will notify
you of event cancellations and provide instructions for obtaining your refund.
